Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return and include the completed return form inside the package so we can process your request efficiently.

Step 3 — Send the Package
Ship your return using a reliable carrier that provides tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4 — Refund Issuance
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within up to 10 days.

Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Can I use NB-1 alongside my dog's medications? +
